1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis Instructor/Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician

As 1:1 staff gain training and experience, there are many opportunities for growth/promotion:
ABA Case Manager (prerequisite qualifications apply)
Senior ABA Instructor (prerequisite qualifications apply)
Managing Supervisor (prerequisite qualifications apply)
Clinic Supervisor (prerequisite qualifications apply)

The available direct service positions offer wonderful and valuable field experience for those seeking to work with children with special needs.

Instructors are assigned a caseload of several children and work as part of a team to deliver the clients’ direct behavioral treatment, working one-to-one with each child in his/her home and/or school/daycare setting. Each child’s treatment program is designed and supervised by a Clinic Supervisor, who is supported by the Clinical Director and Senior Clinical Team.

  • Completed or pursuing BA/BS in Psychology, Special Education, Early Intervention, or a related major is preferred.
  • Previous experience with autism/ABA is helpful but not necessary; extensive, paid training is provided to all employees upon hiring and throughout employment.
  • Registered Behavior Technician credential is helpful but not required.
  • Part-time (10+ hours per week) and full-time (35 hours per week) opportunities are available. Part-time applicants with availability five mornings 8-12 or five afternoons 3-6 are preferred.
  • Competitive hourly rates; starting rate dependent upon education, experience, and RBT credential (if applicable).
  • Benefits are available for full-time employees, including paid vacation time, paid sick time, paid holidays, health and dental insurance, paid drive time between clients, mileage reimbursement, and 401(k) plan.
